Still on track, though I won’t be doing daily updates, just weekly ones. The blend will change for the coming week with the addition of a Gluten Free Greens powder, cause I think that would work better for my life. I will be switching from water to Silk coconut milk and adding chia seeds and turmeric powder. This will make the blend more of a migraine blend/meal replacement. Will be updating quantities on my next week’s update.
I’ve also added acidophilus* tablets (vs. a multiple strain probiotic) to my regiment. I’ve done a step down dosage (6 tablets on day 1, 5 on day 2, etc…) and will be tapering down to one tablet every other day, possibly for the next month. My GI reaction is not terrible but it’s not great either. I am adding these tablets to help balance me out and to help my gut get used to this blend better. GI issues are my arch nemesis since developing Celiac, so anything new/any change is generally an issue and takes time to resolve. But we gonna resolve this 😐
Feeling great. Sleep has been better. No headachy feeling since adding the coconut milk and chia seeds. Though to be fair, I think my challenge has been caloric intake. I think I’m just not eating enough of the right things and any recent headache feelings has been due to hunger and not actual migraine troubles. Though a few days ago my eyes did do a weird light sensitivity thing associated with my migraines and then resolved itself, thankfully.
Still gotta work on getting healthful snacks in. Will be my project in the coming weeks. I will not stress myself during this process.
More next week Citizens!
