Migraine Blend Chronicles, Week 7
I’ve been reeeaaalll slack. I had to take about a weeks worth of time to get my body right. Between the frozen greens juice cubes, the greens powder and the turmeric, my body was having none of it. I was actually feeling more sick than well. So I stopped all blends and let my body get a hold of itself. I was doing the most.
But I began feeling joint aches after a week and my sleep has been absolutely terrible. So, I decided to stumble back onto the blends. I started back with coconut milk, pineapple, strawberry, blackberry, 1/2 frozen banana, frozen greens juice cube and about 1/2 a tsp turmeric powder with a pinch of pepper to activate the curcumin. And I was doing great – no joint pain and I’ve been sleeping better but not great.
Tonight I added all of the above plus about 1/4 a tablespoon scoop of the greens powder. Within about an hour I was ravenous and HAD to grab some food before I fell out. smh
Had the beginnings of migraine pain a few days ago, which prompted an immediate blend. Migraine averted.
I am proud that I am listening to my body better but more proud that my body is handling it’s own with the healthful goodness I’ve been trying to give it.
I’ll chronicle for one more week and give my last impressions and what I plan to do going forwards.
