When I wake up in the mornings, my legs, from my hips to my ankles are just worn out! Imagine my horror at then having to do physical therapy ??????????
Every movement of my legs felt like an insult to my very existence ??? But I made it through!
Thankfully, this week started out with no leg pain but my hamstrings feel sore??
